If a high-volume broadcast is actively sending and the wallet balance reaches ₹0:
- The system automatically pauses the campaign queue.

4. Customer Support AI Agent Playbook & FAQs
Use this knowledge base to resolve customer inquiries regarding wallet balances, recharges, and payment gateways.
Q1: "Why was 18% GST added to my wallet recharge amount?"
Resolution: Under Indian tax laws, telecommunication messaging services and software platforms are subject to an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). If your organization has uploaded a verified GST certificate in Billing > GST Document, your tax invoices will include your company's GSTIN, allowing your finance team to claim 100% Input Tax Credit (ITC) on tax filings.
Q2: "Can I transfer wallet credits from one WhatsApp number to another?"
Resolution: For accounting accuracy and Meta billing compliance, balances are maintained independently per WhatsApp Business Number ID (
waba_number_id). Please top up the specific phone line that will be dispatching your campaigns.
Q3: "My payment succeeded on UPI, but my wallet balance hasn't updated yet. What should I do?"
Resolution:
- Click the Refresh button in the top right corner of the Billing page.
- Check Billing > Transaction History to verify if the payment status is marked
CompletedorPending.- In rare cases where bank gateway callbacks are delayed, transactions update within 5 to 10 minutes. If the balance does not reflect after 15 minutes, share your payment reference ID with our support team to verify the gateway transaction.
Q4: "What is the minimum wallet recharge amount?"
Resolution: The minimum recharge amount is ₹200. You can also choose from standard presets such as ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,500, ₹5,000, or higher.
